The 1 Euro with clip
inside is from Germany 2002 F. This scan is provided by Basti Z. This is the same error but with a double clip so
this should be more rare error.
Basti says: "I asked a local coin collector about my error and he
told me that it would be worth pretty much nothing since it could be
fake. Apparently you can push out the inner part of an euro coin
without damage and manipulate. I'm pretty sure it happened at the mint,
though, since the damage looks like done very fast and with much force
(if you look closely, you can see little cracks and bends at the clip
that hadn't happened with a file or any tool anyone I know has at home
- I bet you'd need at least some kind of hydraulics or a really heavy
tool to do this)"
Thank you Basti
